Our garden of winter flowers can consist of colorful roses, flowering bushes and shrubs, and bushes that contain bright colored berries. We do not have to limit our winder gardens to just flowers and berries; some ornamemtal cabbages have foliage that has varying textures, colors and depths even though they do not flower.
